Prior to joining V12, Anne led award-winning talent management and executive leadership development at Bristol Myers Squibb and AT&T. Her work has been recognized by the National Center for Education, Economy and International Association of Business Communicators, and the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Anne’s areas of expertise in Human Resources includes human capital strategic planning, leadership development (specializing in executive and high potential development)I, organizational development, learning design, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational culture, change management, and employee engagement.
Anne is a volunteer for Special Olympics and teaches in adult literacy programs. Anne is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
