Andy has 30 plus years of operating experience, including 25 years at the senior management level within agency, marketing services, enterprise software, software as a service (SaaS) and professional services companies. His operational experience includes raw startups, turnarounds and managing billion-dollar global businesses. Andy also has extensive experience raising capital in private and public markets, and in mergers and acquisitions with companies at all different stages of growth.
Andy previously served in leadership positions including CEO of Epsilon; President and CEO of Clicksquared, Inc.; and President, Chairman and CEO of Exchange Applications, Inc. He currently advises a number of private equity firms and brands on marketing strategy, marketing services, advertising, marketing technology and ad tech through his consulting entity A.J Frawley & Associates.
Andy is a member of the Data and Marketing Association (DMA) Board of Directors, a past Chairman of the DMA Financial Services Conference, member of the DMA Conference Committee and judge for the DMA Echo awards. He earned a M.B.A. from Babson College and holds a B.S. in Finance, with honors, from the University of Maine.
Anders is broadly experienced in bringing data-driven innovation and revenue growth to clients across a range of industries. As President of V12, Anders led the transformation of the company into an omnichannel data powerhouse and the company has since experienced double-digit growth.
Previously, Anders was Executive Vice President of MRM Worldwide, serving as Eastern Region head and Chief Growth Officer. While at MRM, Anders drove the company’s evolution by bringing data-driven innovation to clients such as the US Army, MasterCard and Kohl’s. Anders has also served as a Senior Vice President at Digitas, building CRM infrastructure and marketing success for the firm’s largest clients, including GM and AT&T Wireless.
Anders is a graduate of Bowdoin College.
Brent serves at V12’s Chief Financial Officer. In this position, Brent plays a key role in the development of the company’s overall financial strategies and operational growth objectives. Prior, Brent served as COO at IHM Services, a leading analytics provider focused on quality and regulatory reporting for hospitals. While there, he successfully led a team responsible for overseeing the financial stability, performance, and operational processes across the enterprise. Brent also served in leadership roles at Catapult Learning and Dendrite International.
Brent attended Ferris State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Will has more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry. He serves as V12’s Chief Technology Officer and is accountable for defining, communicating, and executing technology vision and strategy, as well as delivering on the product roadmap.
Will’s previous positions include leadership roles at Kobie Marketing and Verizon and as the CEO and founder of Lighthouse Guidance Systems, an educational tech startup that provides innovative software applications connecting families with secondary schools. He also has built a number of SaaS applications and driven development process initiatives as a start-up entrepreneur. Will’s experience spans multiple industries including the retail sector where he shepherded marketing and innovative teams, successfully delivering emerging technologies to market in profitable and scalable ways.
Will is a graduate of the University of South Florida.
Quinn has 20 years of digital-marketing experience, including 15 years of privacy, email marketing and email deliverability experience. Having first worked at start ups during the “dot com boom,” Quinn was fortunate to have experienced the Internet during its infancy, and he tackled some of the earliest ISP blocks, on behalf of the biggest online marketers, while working on some of the seminal online privacy legislation, such as The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
Quinn previously served as SVP of the Strategic Initiatives Group at Epsilon, Chief Privacy Officer and SVP of List Management at Datran Median and Head of Privacy and ISP Relations at Digital Impact. Additionally, Quinn served as an advisor to the social-media start up Ssnapp.
Quinn earned his JD from Santa Clara University and his BS in Economics from the University of California at Davis.
Anne Kurzenberger brings a wealth of cross-functional experience leading public relations, corporate communications, marketing, IT, quality management, strategic planning, and HR at a variety of global companies. Prior to joining V12, Anne led award-winning talent management and executive leadership development at Bristol Myers Squibb and AT&T. Her work has been recognized by the National Center for Education, Economy and International Association of Business Communicators, and the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Anne’s areas of expertise in Human Resources includes human capital strategic planning, leadership development (specializing in executive and high potential development)I, organizational development, learning design, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational culture, change management, and employee engagement.
Anne is a volunteer for Special Olympics and teaches in adult literacy programs. Anne is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
As Chief Product Officer, Michelle is responsible for driving the strategic direction of V12’s analytics solutions, data access technologies, and purchase intender solutions across all channels. With over 20 years marketing and leadership experience, Michelle has developed an in-depth knowledge of data-driven best practices including data sourcing, data privacy, data availability and reliability. Prior to V12, Michelle held various leadership positions at The Allant Group, Acxiom Corporation / May & Speh and Unique Mailing Services.
Michelle holds a BA in Business Management & Marketing.
Peg Kuman is a senior executive with over 40 years’ experience in Direct and Digital Marketing. Her broad experience includes the design and development of data and information-based logic and matching systems for business and consumer marketing. This experience spans across numerous sectors including: telecommunications, energy, manufacturing, publishing, retail, consumer package goods, financial services, banking, insurance, and health care. She previously managed business units for several brand marketers, including Publishers Clearing House (PCH) and Fingerhut Corporation.
Peg is a graduate of Hartwick College.
Todd has over 20 years of marketing strategy and analytic experience focusing on designing and directing research projects across direct marketing, credit and retail industries resulting in incremental revenue and profit.
His previous positions include leadership roles at Pear (a division of Customink.com), Datalogix, and IRI. While serving in these roles, Todd developed deep industry knowledge working with a wide range of statistical techniques to develop and enhance strategic marketing initiatives and optimize marketing program spend at a customer level.
Todd earned a B.A. in mathematics from Boston College and an M.S. in applied mathematical science from DePaul University.
