Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated team member to manage client relationships and to find business opportunities. You will be directly responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our current customer base and for expanding our base by converting new clients into long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate has premier customer service experience with a talent for sales; a professional who balances customer-focus with a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Sales to grow all accounts
  • Unearths new sales opportunities by networking with current customers and turning them into long term partnerships
  • Understands the V12 portfolio of products and services to present solutions to clients
  • Demonstrates an understanding of clients’ business as well as their goals and requirements
  • Communicates frequently with clients to continuously monitor the health of the relationship
  • Resolves client challenges by investigating problems and developing solutions that meet or exceed expectations and that preserve or advance the company’s reputation
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of Data, Email, and Digital marketing programs
  • Manages day-to-day activities associated with executing client direct marketing programs that can be a combination of email marketing campaigns, direct mail, data append, modeling, and analytics, etc.
  • Liaisons with internal departments to ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of deliverables
  • Provides professional after-sales support including reporting, campaign analysis, and invoicing that enhance the customer experience
  • Drives to achieve month, quarterly, and annual budget goals.


  • Proven experience in the direct marketing industry or in an advertising agency
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (MS Dynamics)
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships
  • Organization and time-management skills

  • 3 plus years of industry experience
