Description:
V12 is seeking a seasoned, enthusiastic candidate with experience measuring addressable acquisition campaigns to join the Agency team. The candidate will report to the Head of Agency and will:
- Have a passion for helping clients grow
- Be excited to turn data into information and insights
- Work closely with the sales and solutions managers and the operations team to design and measure multi-channel acquisition campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with sales and solution team to outline audience strategies for V12 clients
- Understand client goals and map those goals to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that result from multi-channel acquisition campaigns to measure success
- Interpret KPIs that derive from an acquisition campaign to make strategy recommendations that will drive growth for our clients
- Write presentations summarizing these recommendations and lead the discussion with clients
- Become an expert on V12’s consumer data to be able to design and recommend audience solutions to clients
- Work with the operations team to ensure campaigns are executed as planned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, solutions services with an emphasis on multi-channel campaigns
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Ability to work with senior leaders and collaborate with project stakeholders
- Problem solver who enjoys using data to find an answer
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
- Keen understanding of omni-channel marketing; email, display, direct mail, social as well as all addressable markets
- Extensive Excel and Powerpoint expertise
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or STEM field
- Understanding of third party and first party data and the role each plays in multi-channel campaign
- Experience writing and delivering presentations in a service side role
- Hands on experience with addressable media campaigns
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Ability to program in SQL and/or a willingness learn
- Knowledge of CCPA / Privacy / Third-Party Data Compliance a plus
